Parameters of FPMCPU and repeater
The “Logic” section of FPMCPU module programming provides all the parameters and programming options of the module itself.
-
Label – 20 character string that identifies the control panel or repeater
-
Cluster / Reference control panel – referring to the repeater being programmed
-
Instant alarm on second pre-alarm – option that, if activated, generates an alarm signal as soon as two detectors, regardless of the zone they belong to, go into pre-alarm status.
-
Evacuation button function – field to indicate the function activated when pressing the “Evacuation” button.
- Evacuation can only be activated by access level 2
- End Pre-alarm
-
Groups activated in evacuation – selectable via the dedicated button
-
Mute buzzer – option for muting the module buzzer
-
Do not unmute on new alarm – option that, if activated, does not undo muting when a second alarm occurs
-
Unmute sounders after – field where you can indicate the time in seconds after which muting will deactivate after having been activated, only when the control panel is operating in “night” mode
-
Stop pre-alarm countdown if sounders muted – option that, if activated, interrupts the pre-alarm time in the case of muting
-
Undo muting on gas alarm – option that, if activated, will undo muting when a gas alarm occurs
-
Lockout rearm after extinction – field where you can indicate in minutes the delay after an extinction operation during which a rearm operation will not be possible
After reset time – field where you can indicate in seconds:
-
the duration of activation of outputs programmed as “Active after reset”
- the waiting time for evaluation of contributions for shared groups on the network, time during which signals from each of the shared groups will not be considered valid
-
-
Panel time keeper – option that, if activated, allows the control panel to send its own time once a day to the Hornet network and to overwrite that of the other control panels
-
Disable user level groups – checkbox for the lowest user level that is allowed to manually disable output groups
-
Manual activation of user-level groups – checkbox for the lowest user level that is allowed to manually disable output groups
-
Remote rearm not accepted – option that allows remote rearm operations
-
MODBUS addresses – button that opens a window where you can select the MODBUS address of the control panels in the Hornet network
-
MODBUS TCP disabled – option that, if activated, disables the MODBUS protocol over TCP-IP
When programming repeater modules in a system with voice emergency functions, the button on the top button bar also provides access to the management of FPAMIAS panels present in the Hornet+ and IDANet network.
The section you access allows you to set up functions of the voice emergency system that can be reproduced on the fire system.
-
Manage audio zones – if this option is deactivated, the entire section currently being programmed will be ignored by the control panel.
-
Rearm fire control panel from – if this option is activated, rearming from a repeater also effects the FPAMIAS panel, and therefore the entire control panel.
-
Mute control panel – if this option is activated, muting from a repeater also effects on the FPAMIAS panel, and therefore the entire control panel.
