Actions of the PREVIDIA-C-COM communicator module

The actions of the PREVIDIA-C-COM communicator which are activated when specific events occur are:

  • sending of messages via ESPA 4.4.4

  • sending of messages with web-way-one protocol.

  • sending of e-mails

The recipients of such sent data are to be selected from the contacts list and it is the type of contact that conditions the type of action.

The software provides two subsections in the programming section of the PREVIDIA-C-COM board, “Email actions”, for contacts receiving emails, and “Actions”, for contacts receiving ESPA 4.4.4 and web-way-one type messages. Each subsection has a matrix to which you can add actions and associate them with contacts:

Each row of the matrix represents an action, added using the appropriate button [E]. By clicking on it, you can associate contacts by means of the relevant checkboxes.

The cause of the selected action, upon the occurrence of which communications to the contacts are started, can be programmed in the section on the left:

  • Event – via this checkbox you can choose the type of event that will trigger the action.

  • Type – the action can be triggered on activation, on reset, or on both phases of the event.

  • Customized event – clicking on the icon opens a window where you can make a multiple selection of events.

  • Cluster, Control panel, Zone, Module, Point – checkboxes of the devices subject to the selected event.

ESPA Action 4.4.4 and web-way-one

  • Priority – option that, if selected, allows you to select a priority level, depending on the protocol used for the action contacts.

    • Beep coding – in accordance with web-way-one protocol

    • ESPA priority – in accordance with ESPA 4.4.4 protocol

  • In the action management bar there is a specific button to delete any settings for the selected action.

  • Msg, SMS – fields of the matrix [D] where you can select the voice message or SMS message, among those made available in the programming section of the telephone communicator, to be associated with the selected ESPA 4.4.4 or web-way-one action.

E-mail action

  • Camera, Preset – selection fields for a camera and two presets of the camera to associate with the action.

  • Snapshot on SD card – if enabled, this option attaches to the e-mail sending action the snapshot of the selected camera, with the selected presets, when the activation condition occurs.
